TotalEnergies Charging Services Singapore
Managing Director | 2021–February 2025

Led the public charging business through its carve-out from BlueSG and integration into TotalEnergies. During my tenure, revenue grew eightfold, membership sevenfold, and the business reached positive EBITDA. Responsibilities covered the P&L, teams, partnerships and operational performance.

BlueSG — Bolloré Group
Chief Executive Officer | 2017–2021

Built Singapore’s first fully electric car-sharing service following a successful government tender. Developed a team of more than 100 people and grew the service to 100,000 members and 140,000 monthly rentals. Led the business through the transactions with Goldbell Group and TotalEnergies.

Founder

Advisory and executive management support for companies, founders and investors. Areas of work include strategy, operational transformation, interim leadership and business development. Recent assignments include EV transition strategy, charging partnerships and the operating model of a charging application for a Singapore commercial vehicle group.

IER — Bolloré Group
Regional and Commercial Leadership | 2000–2017

Developed operations across Asia and the Middle East, overseeing regional offices, repair centres and maintenance partners. Led the shift from traditional hardware towards software and systems as the historical business declined. Also held commercial leadership responsibilities in continental Europe.
